You asked
I have tried every other angle of asking and no one will reply. The mayor was using debt free advice vehicle registration RY03GHD that was driven all over london giving out debt advice. Now, seeing that a normal 2003 Fiat Ducato would not be compliant, and as far as i am away a retro exhaust is not available, I would like to know under the freedom of information act where this vehicle was converted and when? I was told by staff it was exempt as it is a bus, but it is not a bus, it is a mobile office so if a conversion was not carried out, could someone explain how it was made compliant.....

Our ref: FOI-1862-2324/GH
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 29 August 2023 asking for information about ULEZ compliance.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested.
When a vehicle is retro fitted or adapted to be compliant with one of our charging schemes we do not receive the date on which the work is carried out. This would be held by the owner of the vehicle rather than TfL.
In addition a Fiat Ducato would usually weigh in excess of 3500kg and would therefore be subject to the London Wide Low Emission Zone rather than the ULEZ.
If you have any further questions regarding the compliance status of a vehicle you can contact our Road User Charging team at [email protected]
If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
