We request:-
1) The total cost of this application 71083/App/2015/4037
The amount in the total paid to Make Good, the public relation consultancy used by TfL.
(TfLHillingdon planning officers determined to recommend refusal of the TfL application and TfL subsequently withdrew their application on the 5th September before the application was heard by the Hillingdon Major Application Planning Committee scheduled for the 13th September 2016.)

3) The cost to TfL of employing Curtin & Co for the new planning application who were present at the public consultation.
4) Was the decision to employ a Planning Consultancy such as Curtin & Co put out to public tender. If so could we please see details.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 13 October 2018.
Your request has been processed in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you requested. You asked:
1)The total cost of this application 71083/App/2015/4037. The amount in the total paid to Make Good, the public relation consultancy used by TfL.
The total cost of planning application 71083/App/2015/4037 was £1.119m. This fee includes specialist technical support, such as architects and planning advisors, as well as a number of surveys.
This fee came from our Commercial Development programme budget, allocated to developing projects to deliver long term income, housing and transport improvements. The amount paid to Make Good was £121,000.
2) The cost of the new proposed application to-date.
TfL is working in partnership with Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) to bring forward new homes and step-free access at Northwood station. TfL and NHG have formed a joint venture partnership, for which TfL is a minority shareholder. TfL has not incurred any costs for the new application at this stage.
3) The cost to TfL of employing Curtin & Co for the new planning application who were present at the public consultation.
As aforementioned, TfL has not incurred any costs for the new planning application.
4) Was the decision to employ a Planning Consultancy such as Curtin & Co put out to public tender. If so could we please see details.
We do not hold this information as Notting Hill Genesis, the lead development partner, take on the responsibility to procure consultants to support the planning application.
