i like to understand how many penalty charges have been issued each month related to not paying congestion charge for a entry.
I like the data for a three month.
the data should show how many penalty were issued for not paying congestion charge after entry. please provide total for Monday to Saturday and seperate total for Sunday.
ex: of how data should look like

Total penalty issues Sunday ( total )
Week 2
Total penalty issues Mon-Sat ( total )
