I would like to know how many (and what class) vehicles were driving east bound and west bound on Thornhill Road Surbiton that were not ULEZ compliant between Tuesday 29th August and Monday 4th September.
There is a ULEZ camera on the western end of Thornhill Rd Surbiton.

Thank you for your request clarified of 6 September 2023 asking for information about ULEZ compliant vehicles in Surbiton.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and our information access policy. I can confirm we do not hold the information you require.
For traffic monitoring purposes, the ULEZ/LEZ camera network returns anonymised observations of vehicles. This data is grouped into zones (inner/outer London) prior to compliance being assessed. The compliance data is not stored or processed at the individual camera level and therefore the information you have requested is not held. TfL does not routinely use ANPR cameras for the counting of traffic volumes. These cameras are primarily designed and deployed for enforcement purposes.
