I understand that LUL Customer Service Supervisors are employed under two types of contracts within London Underground which is part of TfL.

I have seen document stating "new world contract" and "old world contract" in relation to sick pay entitlement of Customer Service Supervisors.

Please provide the following details on this aspect please.

1) How many Customer Service Supervisors 1 (CSS1) are working under the "New World" contract.

2) How many CSS1s are working under the "Old world" contract.

3) When did LUL started the "New world" contract.

4) What is the basic salary of a CSS1 under "New world" contract.

5) What is the salary of a CSS1 under the "Old world" contract.

Fit for the Future (FftF) implemented a whole new station structure. As such the Customer Service Supervisors 1 (CSS1) as both a role and a grade did not exist in the pre FftF structure. No new contracts were generated during this Transformation. Employees were issued with variations to their contracts which detailed their new job title post FftF, but there were no material changes nor were T&Cs changed. Upon implementation of FftF colleagues were mapped to appropriate roles, but were not subject to any financial detriment.

Please see attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
