Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 13th December 2020 asking for information about train operators working a 4 day week.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“I would like to know how many train operators across the combine are currently working the 4 Day pro rata working week? I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
A maximum of 3 people per depot can work a 4 day pro rata week - so 90 people in total across the 30 depots. All depots currently have 3 people working a 4 day pro rata week other than Barking H&C, and Hammersmith, both of which have 1 person. 10 people were offered the role since October (having applied in September).
