Our Ref:         FOI-1824-1718

Thank you for your request received on 10 October 2017 asking for information about Hopper Fares.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.

The system is set up to allow a customer 70 minutes to be given the free second bus journey, so there is a 10 minute grace period between journeys.
