Please provide the time series data you hold for London Overground ticket offices with regard to measurement of the busyness of ticket offices on London Overground stations in terms of, but not only ticket sales per hour and other measures used by ORR, DfT and TfL to measure the busyness and viability of ticket offices.

We measure the busyness of ticket offices through ticket office transactions, which are recorded in a pan-industry system called Lennon. There are no other hard measures of busyness set out by the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) or Department for Transport (DfT).  

The information you requested is available in appendix A of our statutory consultation submission, available on London Travel Watch’s website http://www.londontravelwatch.org.uk/documents/get_lob?id=4618&field=file, where the average ticket office transaction data by location by 15-minute timeband over a one-year period at 51 of our 65 ticket offices is shown.
