We retain data about the individual journeys made using your Oyster card (including Freedom Passes) for eight weeks after the card is used. This eight-week period is considered reasonable to enable customers to verify or make enquiries concerning their journeys (for example, for refund purposes), therefore we do not hold the fares data you have requested in questions 1 and 3 for the opening of the Northern Line Extension to Battersea Power Station, the Elizabeth line Central Section, and the London Overground Extension to Barking Riverside.
