I can advise that we have not received any complaints about engineering or station works near South Kensington Station from the specific areas referenced in your request. However, it is important to note that residents often do not provide their postal addresses when complaining about such works. It is only when a complaint is submitted via the online contact form that the address is a pre-requisite field.
In May 2020 the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea did notify Transport for London of having received complaints concerning Pelham Street and the aforementioned works at South Kensington Station, however the actual number of those received by the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea was not provided. If you wish to make an FOI request to the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea this can be done here - https://www.rbkc.gov.uk/council-councillors-and-democracy/freedom-information/freedom-information-and-your-rights
If you are considering submitting a further FOI request please think carefully about whether the request is essential at this current time, as answering FOI requests will require the use of limited resources and the attention of staff who could be supporting other essential activity. Where requests are made, please note that our response time may be impacted by the current situation.
