Please provide full details of what if any tendering process took place for the appointment of  Quarterbridge / Market Asset Management as Leaseholder and Market Operator for the Seven Sisters Indoor Market - 231-243 & 249a High Road N15 5BT. There was no tender for the role of Market Operator because TfL has never sought to appoint a Market Operator.  TfL offered a lease renewal to Market Asset Management (Seven Sisters) Ltd who were the tenant when the previous lease expired.  The lease was renewed.

  2. Please provide minutes of any meetings, as well as any correspondence, emails and tender process documentation relating to the appointment of Quarterbridge / Market Asset Management as Leaseholder and market operator for the Seven Sisters Indoor Market - 231-243 & 249a High Road N15 5BT. Please see our answer to question 1 above.

  3. Please provide minutes of any meetings, as well as any correspondence, emails and tender process documentation relating to the bid by West Green Road/Seven Sisters Development Trust to take over the lease and role of Market Operator for the Seven Sisters Indoor Market - 231-243 & 249a High Road N15 5BT.   The role of Market Operator was never a role offered by LU/TfL.

1806-1819

  1. Do Quarterbridge / Market Asset Management have a licence to act as Market Operator for Seven Sisters Indoor Market - 231-243 & 249a High Road N15 5BT?  No.  There is a lease in place between London Underground Ltd and Market Asset Management (Seven Sisters) Ltd.  Neither TfL nor LU has a commercial relationship with a “Quarterbridge”.

  2. Did Transport for London issue the licence? Please see our answer to question 1 above.

  3. Please provide the licence, including all of it's details and conditions. Please see our answer to question 1 above.

  4. Please provide any correspondence, emails and licence application documentation relating to the Market Operator licence for Seven Sisters Indoor Market - 231-243 & 249a High Road N15 5BT currently held by Quarterbridge / Market Asset Management. 6. If Transport for London did not issue the licence, who did issue it?  TfL has not appointed anyone to operate a market at this site.  The site is leased by commercial lease to Market Asset Management (Seven Sisters) Ltd. That organisation operates a market and the lease permits it do so.  The Lease is available on request.
