- Please provide full details of what if any tendering process took place for the appointment of Quarterbridge / Market Asset Management as Leaseholder and Market Operator for the Seven Sisters Indoor Market - 231-243 & 249a High Road N15 5BT. There was no tender for the role of Market Operator because TfL has never sought to appoint a Market Operator. TfL offered a lease renewal to Market Asset Management (Seven Sisters) Ltd who were the tenant when the previous lease expired. The lease was renewed.
- Please provide minutes of any meetings, as well as any correspondence, emails and tender process documentation relating to the appointment of Quarterbridge / Market Asset Management as Leaseholder and market operator for the Seven Sisters Indoor Market - 231-243 & 249a High Road N15 5BT. - Please provide minutes of any meetings, as well as any correspondence, emails and tender process documentation relating to the bid by West Green Road/Seven Sisters Development Trust to take over the lease and role of Market Operator for the Seven Sisters Indoor Market - 231-243 & 249a High Road N15 5BT. The role of Market Operator was never a role offered by LU/TfL.

- Do Quarterbridge / Market Asset Management have a licence to act as Market Operator for Seven Sisters Indoor Market - 231-243 & 249a High Road N15 5BT? No. There is a lease in place between London Underground Ltd and Market Asset Management (Seven Sisters) Ltd. Neither TfL nor LU has a commercial relationship with a “Quarterbridge”.

- If Transport for London did not issue the licence, who did issue it? TfL has not appointed anyone to operate a market at this site. The site is leased by commercial lease to Market Asset Management (Seven Sisters) Ltd. That organisation operates a market and the lease permits it do so. The Lease is available on request.
