We are unfortunately unable to provide complaint records for the trees on Stanstead Road. The complaints recording system used at this time does not allow us to search by locations. This system also did not have a complaints category for trees or similar. Therefore we are unable to search for the information requested. The complaints recording system was changed in 2017, and we are therefore only able to search for complaints regarding a specific location from this time.

If you are considering submitting a further FOI request please think carefully about whether the request is essential at this current time, as answering FOI requests will require the use of limited resources and the attention of staff who could be supporting other essential activity. Where requests are made, please note that our response time may be impacted by the current situation.
