We answered

TfL Ref: FOI-1798-2021

Thank you again for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 8 December 2020, asking for a business case developed in 2017/18 for the proposed changes to Tulse Hill Gyratory.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIRs) and our information access policy.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. There was no business case for this scheme in 2017/18 due to lack of resources.

Currently resources are being directed towards our response to the Covid-19 pandemic which means that Tulse Hill project work has temporarily been paused. We intend to restart feasibility work again when resources become available.

We do hold a Tulse Hill Gyratory business case from 2019. It’s an unfinished working draft. A decision has not yet been taken about the future of the project beyond completing feasibility. Further progress is still subject to public consultation, technical and governance approvals and the availability of funding.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
