Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. You asked: how many petrol cars are on you database that have higher than 0.08gms/Km NOx level and are still compliant.
We do not hold the information you have requested - our compliance database does not contain vehicle emissions data as we do not need to retain this specific information in order to operate our schemes once compliance has been determined, supported by DVLA data.
