Answer: The job is within Pay Band 2, which has an available range of £30,250 – £45,999.
Question 3) Can the Operations Site Manager at Victoria Coach Station do overtime?
Answer: Yes, when necessary, such as for special events.
Question 4) If so, what is the hourly overtime rate?
Answer: The overtime rates are as follows:
Monday to Friday: Time and a third Saturday: Time and a half Sunday and Bank Holidays: Double time
Question 5) What are the weekly contractual Hours for the Operations Site Manager at Victoria Coach Station?
Answer: 35 hours per week.
Question 6) How many days do they work a week on average?
Answer: 5 days per week (based on 7 hour shifts, but shift lengths and therefore days may vary dependant on shift pattern).
