You asked

Please provide: - The date the temporary (metal) barriers were erected along the pavement on the West side of Vauxhall bridge; - The initial cost of erecting these barriers, including the cost of materials and labour, and associated signs; - The amount of money spent from the date of the barriers being installed to today (06/10/2017) on fixing/ replacing these barriers, including rearranging them and fixing them with cable ties.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and TfL’s information access policy.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. The decision to install these barriers was made by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS), not TfL. Therefore we believe you should make your request to the Security Coordinator Command at the MPS. They can be contacted via their website:
