Thank you for your request received on 5 October 2017 asking for information about the bus stop at Palmers Green Station.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

1. Please disclose internal correspondence on the safety of bus boarders, in relation to the #A105 Mini Holland scheme, in 2017 only.

We do not hold internal correspondence regarding the bus boarders, however the Road Safety Audits (RSAs) do raise issues relating to the bus boarders. The RSAs are available on the Cycle Enfield website:

2. What was the reason for the replacement of the bus stop outside Palmers Green station (outside Top Electrical)? (Presumably you hold reports)
3. What was the cost of that bus stop replacement?

The bus shelter was replaced as part of an ongoing programme of bus shelter upgrades across London, the cost was £8569.51.
