This is an information request relating to a performance held this morning at Bond Street.
Please provide me with any cost to TfL of holding the performance this morning (Monday 24th October). Please provide me with the total cost and a breakdown of what this cost is made up of. This should include:
• The cost of hiring the singer and pianist
• The cost of hiring instruments
• The cost of hiring any technical equipment, such as speakers, microphones, mixers, as well as the cost of hiring anyone to operate this equipment
Please also provide me with information on whether any commemorative items were made for this phase of the opening of the Elizabeth Line (24/10) and the cost of producing these items.

Thank you for your request received on 24 October 2022 requesting information relating to a performance that morning at Bond Street station. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. The National Theatre provided the singer, pianist, and sound equipment at no cost to us. There was a cost for wireless battery light fixtures, transformer, and delivery and collection of the equipment which was £309. No commemorative items were made for the opening of Bond Street station on the Elizabeth line. If this is not the information you are looking for please feel free to contact me.
