We answered
Our Ref: FOI-1761-1718
Thank you for your e-mail received on 5 October 2017 asking for information about the cost of your travel if you did not have a travelcard.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and TfL’s information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. We retain data about the individual journeys made using an Oyster card for eight weeks after the card is used. After eight weeks, the journey data in the ticketing system is disassociated from your card. Therefore we would only be able to look at a maximum of eight weeks data. Additionally, there are likely to be several routes that you could have taken to make your journey, each would have probably resulted in a different cost. You can use the information available on our website to estimate the cost of your travel based on your likely journey: https://tfl.gov.uk/fares-and-payments/fares?intcmp=1648.
Please accept our apologies that we are unable to assist you further on this occasion.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
