Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 3rd December 2020 asking for information about Cycleway 4.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked:

I can confirm that we hold the information you require - attached as document S2018_0049D-CO-S4-GA. There have been no changes to the plans since this document was produced.
