You asked

Please supply me with all training materials which have been used in the last year, and also those that are currently in use, for the training of London Underground staff, relating to the correct and appropriate use of manual boarding ramps, i.e. the ramps used to assist wheelchair users and mobility scooter users to board and alight London Underground trains. Please supply training materials of all types, whether written material, or audio material, or video material, or material in any other media.

Attached are the materials that are currently trained relating to Manual Boarding Ramps; this is delivered to Customer Service Assistants 1 and 2 during their promotional training.
