Could I get the total number of complaints for the following years please- 14/15, 15/16, 16/17 and 17/18- at the following tube and overground stations- Leytonstone Underground, Leytonstone High Rd and Leyton Midland Rd. Complaints about the number of steps. Complaints about the lack of lifts.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 26 September 2018 asking for information about the number of complaints received about the number of stairs/lack of lifts at Leytonstone Underground, Leytonstone High Rd and Leyton Midland Rd stations.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

During the period 2014/15 to 2017/18 we received a total of nine complaints on these topics:

Leytonstone:

Steps only Leytonstone

Lift Request Leytonstone (X 2)

Step request at Leytonstone – customer had difficulty with steep gradient of ramp, hence request
