We answered

TfL Ref: 1695-1920

Thank you for your request received by us on 3 September 2019 asking for information about the number of instances the emergency services had to be mobilised to attend to ‘wheelstop’ incidents on the London Underground network following your previous requests for information (reference 2731-1819, 0602-1920).

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do not hold the information you require.

Unfortunately we are still experiencing various technical issues that we are currently working to resolve and so are unable to provide the specific information you require. We estimate that subject to successful testing of the software updates being deployed, we should be able to extract a more precise set of ‘wheelstop’ incidents data by December.

Please accept my apologies that we are unable to assist you on this occasion.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
