Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to enquire about the availability of the latest total passenger figures for Tfl and Rail Stations? We usually acquire this through London Datastore. However, the last update for this dataset was in 2017. Would you be able to provide this information to us for 2021 (or any latest date)? Or provide suggestions as to where we might find this data via TfL.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 1 November 2021 asking for information about our available passenger data.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
Within this link are our Annual Station Counts dataset for 2017-2020, which provides station entry/exit data for a typical autumn weekday (Mon-Thurs), Friday, Saturday and Sunday for all stations with TfL-operated services. There is also outputs from 2019’s iteration of our NUMBAT dataset, which provide a variety of demand statistics (e.g. boarding/alighting, station flows, link loads etc) for all TfL-operated rail services.
Additionally, we are in the final stages of validating NUMBAT’s 2020 dataset which will be published onto the same location within the next few weeks.
