Our ref: FOI-1684-1819/GH

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22 September 2018 asking for information about lift closures at Wembley Central Tube.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. Unfortunately we do not hold the specific information you require.

The lifts to the Bakerloo Line platform at Wembley Central are operated and maintained by Network Rail. We receive an overall performance figure from them, which shows that the station achieved being step free 82.4% of the time, but we do not hold details on the number of times a lift has been out of order / not functioning for a period over an hour as requested. You may wish to contact Network Rail as they may be able to provide you with this information.

If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
