Can you please provide details for the London Overground Concession Extension granted to Arriva Rail London in 2023?

The London Overground concession extension was finalised on 1st September 2023. It has been extended by 26 reporting periods and will expire on 3rd May 2026.
 
Why hasn't TFL announced the Concession Extension or put out a Press Release as it has been announced in various industry media?

TfL does not generally issue press releases on contract extensions.
