Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 1 November 2021.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. 

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. The development in question is at the junction of Wyndham Road and Camberwell Road which is not on the Transport for London Road Network (TLRN). Therefore it’s unlikely TfL would be involved with developers working on the London Borough of Southwark managed roads.

I am sorry not to be able to help you further on this occasion.
