We answered
Our Ref: FOI-1674-2425 Thank you for your request received on 23 August 2024 asking for a copy of the latest edition of the Big Red Book. Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require. The 6th edition of the Big Red Book has been delayed to ensure that it reflects newly identified priorities and the most up to date guidance for drivers. It is now anticipated this will be published in Spring 2025.
