Please could you tell me how many complaints regarding tube noise there have been from June 2019-September 2020 & what comments regarding improvement there have been if any, between Sloane Square & South Kensington. Could you also say why the results of my noise survey have still not been released.

Please could you tell me how many complaints regarding tube noise there have been from June 2019-September 2020 & what comments regarding improvement there have been if any. Between Sloane Square & South Kensington.

We received nine complaints regarding tube noise between June 2019 and September 2020.

All track improvements we do to address noise pollution have already been completed but further investigations into the noise are still on-going. Our engineers won’t have a plan of action until the investigation is complete.

Could you also say why the results of my noise survey have still not been released.

Customer Services told me that your noise report was emailed to you on 3 November and that the matter is still being investigated. If you have any further questions, please contact them directly.
