You asked
I would like a copy of all streetworks letters related to maintenance or other works carried out on the TLRN issued to members of the public over the last 5 years.
You may kindly note that this FOI is a direct result of the rudeness of Customer Service Executive Sean Peacock and the unwillingness of his manager Samantha to co-operate with my suggestions to improve the quality of correspondence issued by TfL.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our Information Access Policy. You asked:
I would like a copy of all streetworks letters related to maintenance or other works carried out on the TLRN issued to members of the public over the last 5 years.
We do not hold the information you requested as our Planned Interventions department do not issue letters related to maintenance or other works carried out on the TLRN, including letters issued to members of the public.
