Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. You asked for the following:

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you are seeking in the requested format as our incidents management system does not categorise the information in this way. We do record incidents such as trips and falls, light injuries and more serious injuries that might require someone to be taken to hospital for checks.
Our bus safety programme is looking at a range of factors on how we can address and reduce injuries through a combination of technology and better design.
