Thank you for your  request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 18 September 2018 asking for information about Oyster card accounts.

Your request has been processed in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you requested. You asked:

How much money is held in the Oyster card customer account or any other related account?

As at 16 Septemebr 2018 the total net Pay As You Go balance on all Oyster cards was £268,419,322.43
