You asked

I am writing further to intended litigation against an undertaker of works in respect of a breach of the New Road & Street Works Act 1991/ a claim in negligence, for information on which Utility had an opening notice/permit to carry out street works (excavation) at (or near to) Streatham Hill Railway Station, Streatham Hill, London, SW2 4SA. Please review and provide notices from 27/06/2018 which go back 1 years as we are investigating a latent damage to Virgin Media apparatus at this location. In addition, if it is possible, could you give the date of when resurfacing works (if any) have been carried out by yourselves. This request for information is made under s.1(1) FOIA 2000 and s.35 DPA 1999.

Thank you for your email received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17 September 2018.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

Please review and provide notices from 27/06/2018 which go back 1 years as we are investigating a latent damage to Virgin Media apparatus at this location.

Please find attached all Streatham Hill works for the year preceding June 2018.

In addition, if it is possible, could you give the date of when resurfacing works (if any) have been carried out by yourselves.

TfL has not carried out any resurfacing works at this location for the time period provided.  However, we are aware that Lambeth Council has undertaken resurfacing in Sternhold Avenue which backs on to the station. Please contact the London Borough of Lambeth if you require more detail.
