There was a recent Customer Service Managers recruitment at London Underground. I would like the gender breakdown of the 357 who applied and of the 187 successful applicants.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17 August 2024 asking for information about a recent Customer Service Manager (CSM) recruitment campaign.

 

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. 

 

I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. You asked:

 

There was a recent Customer Service Managers recruitment at London Underground.

I would like the gender breakdown of the 357 who applied and of the 187 successful applicants.

 

Please note, the total applicants for Customer Service Manager as part of the London Underground Stations Change Programme is 368, the number has increased slightly from 357 as individuals have returned to work from long term leave.
