Please can you send me a list of all contracts awarded under TfL's Transport Planning and Impact Monitoring Framework (PSF91311) since 1st January 2015 including details of contract title, contract description, contract value, date of award, vendor name and whether the contract was let as a direct award or via a mini-competition.
