Box junction at Palmer Pl/ Holloway Road/ Drayton Park
Request ID: FOI-1608-2223 Date published: 20 October 2022
You asked
Follow-up to FOI-1470-2223:
Thank you for your response. It is not what I was hoping for but I understand so I have reduced my request to just two basic data that I am sure will be readily available;
1. For last 12 months.. number of offences recorded/ highlighted/ triggered by cameras at this junction for contravention of this specific offence and most importantly date and time of each record
2. How many of these reordered/triggered offences were subsequently pursued and prosecuted, i.e. issued with a penalty notice.
I am certain this information will be system generated so you should not have problems in providing this information. I don’t mind this information is in raw data form on a spreadsheet form.
Clarification received 06/10/2022: The contraventions I am referring to is same as the contravention for which I have been issued PCN, i.e. entering the boxed junction box when exit was not clear.
I understand you cannot give me specific breakdown of the numbers of the PCN’s issued for this specific offence for people turning left on to Holloway Road , so I will have to make do with just the total number of PCN issued for this offence with dates and times at this BOX JUNCTION.
