Could you please provide the full legal name of “SIM-AT” and its domicile if not the UK. I have searched Companies House for this entity without finding it, contrary to what the email below says about details being available at Companies House. Firstly, to clarify, the reference to looking at the Companies House website was in relation to the Axia SC Consortium as a whole not the individual organisations which make up the association.

           

SIM-AT is an unincorporated joint venture between Axxeltrova Limited and Smart Infrastructure Managers LLC.
