I can confirm that we hold the information you require although note that there was, in fact, no meeting of the Programmes and Investment Committee on 21^st June 2019. Rather, that was the date on which a decision was taken by the Chair of the Committee (under “Chair’s Action”, in line with TfL’s Standing Order 114), following consultation with available Committee members. Note further that all papers/minutes of the Programme and and Investment Committee are published online. These can be found via the following link:
