Thank you for your request received by us on 11 November 2020 asking for information about London Underground Performance Related Pay documentation.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for:

all London Underground Performance Related Pay documentation which was in effect throughout 2018 up to and including Version 1.2 which was updated April 2019. Alternatively supply the details of what was changed between April 2018 and Version 1.2 issued April 2019.

Versions 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 of the Performance Related Pay Business Rules are attached
Please supply numbers of staff who retired from London Underground between April 2019 and March 20th 2020 who received their backdated pay rise.
I can advise that there were no employees who retired from London Underground between 1 April 2019 and 20 March 2020 who received a backdated pay increase.
