Dear Transport for London, I would be grateful if you can provide any information or documentation relating to corporate or local retention periods. In a machine readable format e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel please provide any corporate and local retention periods which relates to all data held by Transport for London. This should include but not limited to oystercard and contactless payment data, HR data, CCTV data, taxi data etc. Please also provide any guidance, instructions, memos, intranet pages or articles, policies on retention periods e.g. how to create one, what legal requirements there are to retain data etc.
