TfL Ref: 1598-1819

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 12 September 2018 asking for information about a bus announcement on the no 63 bus in 2015.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.

Please see attached transcripts of the pre recorded bus announcements as requested.  The pre-recorded announcement has not changed recently and is the same across all routes and operators.

While it is possible that the driver made an announcement via their PA system instead of, or in addition to the pre-recorded one, there is no way for us to check this anymore, as data from buses at this level of detail is only kept for 60 days.

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.

Yours sincerely
