Thank you for your request received on 15 August 2023 asking for information about blocked social media accounts.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do not hold the information you require.

We do not keep a record of how many users are blocked by TfL social media account. We estimate that we block around three accounts a week, these are usually obvious spam bot profiles.
