Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 15th August 2023 asking for a list of postcodes in the expanded Ultra Low Emission Zone. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:

I can confirm that we hold the information you require, which can be found in the attached spreadsheets (one showing postcodes in the current zone, the other showing postcodes in the expanded zone). Please note that this information represents a snapshot in time and that the list can change over time as new postcodes are added or removed by Royal Mail.
