Please provide the following information in relation to the accessible toilets on the TfL Rail Heathrow Connect service: 1. The actual monthly (or pro rata) expenditure for provision, operation and maintenance of this toilet facility on the 360 units from 20 May to 31 August 2018. 2. The estimated monthly cost of providing and maintaining this toilet facility from 1 September 2018 until such time as the 360 units are withdrawn from service on this line. 3. Please give details of any information about the full monthly cost of providing and maintain this toilet facility that you received from the previous operator before handover.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 11 September 2018 asking for information about our accessible toilet facilities on the Heathrow Connect service.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. 

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. Operation and maintenance costs cover the entirety of the fleet being provided and so there is no pro rata amount specifically for toilets, nor do we hold an estimate for the continued maintenance. In addition, there was no relevant cost information provided from the previous operator prior to 20 May 2018.
