You asked
it would very helpful to know the number of vehicles entering the Congestion Charge zone each day using the 100% blue badge holder discount.
Ideally, this would be blue badge holder entries as a % of total car entries. However, it this is not possible, blue badge holder entries as % of all entries would also be helpful.

Thank you for your request received on 18 October 2021 asking for information about the Congestion Charge discount used by Blue Badge holders.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
We are not able to provide Blue Badge activity as a % of total car entries, but we can provide this as a % of total unique Congestion Charge vehicles captured.
The table below looks at average daily activity during April-August 2021 and shows that Blue Badge make up around 10% of all unique vehicle entries.
