I note that, the consultation exercise that TfL carried out was carried out mainly through Londoners and Non-Londoners registered on the website and could receive emails. Based on Freedom of Information, could I have please have the following breakdowns on the consultation. 1. How many Londoners consulted via email and number/percentage responded? 2. How many Londoners consulted via postage mail and number/percentage responded? 3. What are the age groups of Londoners responded in the following categories based on the above categories. Ages 18-29, Ages 30- 39, Ages 40-49, Ages 50-59, Ages 60- Ages 69, Ages 70 to Age 79 5. The results of the consultation. 6. What percentage of Londoners outside central London responded by email, letters, phone calls etc. 7. The results of the consultations. 8. Could you please send me a map where the ULEZ cameras are installed in London Borough Road Networks of Bexley, Lewisham and Greenwich and which roads are within ULEZ. I could not get the full details on TfL's website 9. General Question: If I leave my non-complaint car in my garage or drive, am I liable to pay ULEZ even my road is within ULEZ extended zone? 10. If I drive a non-complaint car from my road to the next road which has no ULEZ signage or camera, am I liable to pay for ULEZ? 11. If I apply for scrappage scheme on the 21 August but I have not had a response, how long could I use the vehicle within ULEZ without being liable to a charge? 12. There is need to have all the local roads within ULEZ extension shown up with highlighted maps on the roads and location of the cameras like that of speed enforcement cameras.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. You asked for:

1.         How many Londoners consulted via email and number/percentage responded?
2.         How many Londoners consulted via postage mail and number/percentage responded?
3.         What are the age groups of Londoners responded in the following categories based on the above categories.

8.         Could you please send me a map where the ULEZ cameras are installed in London Borough Road Networks of Bexley, Lewisham and Greenwich and which roads are within ULEZ. I could not get the full details on TfL's website

In accordance with the EIR, we are not obliged to supply information on the location of the ULEZ cameras as it is subject to a statutory exception to the right of access to information under regulations R12(5)(a) – international relations, defence, national security & public safety (in this instance specifically public safety), regulation 12(5)(b) – the course of justice, the ability of a person to receive a fair trial or the ability of the public authority to conduct and inquiry of a criminal or disciplinary nature – (in this instance specifically the course of justice), and regulation 12(5)(e) – confidentially of commercial or industrial information where such confidentiality is provide by law to protect a legitimate economic interest.

9.         General Question: If I leave my non-complaint car in my garage or drive, am I liable to pay ULEZ even my road is within ULEZ extended zone?
10.       If I drive a non-complaint car from my road to the next road which has no ULEZ signage or camera, am I liable to pay for ULEZ?
11.       If I apply for scrappage scheme on the 21 August but I have not had a response, how long could I use the vehicle within ULEZ without being liable to a charge?
