Please find the requested information below. Please note that we have provided the overall vacant retail square footage (out of station and in station). This information includes those units that are in a lettable condition, currently being marketed, or in preparation to go to market. It excludes units that are under offer, under large scale development, projects, and operational.

Total Vacant Retail =              35,577 SQFT
In-Station Retail =                   16,993 SQFT
Out-of-Station Retail =            18,584 SQFT

Total Under Offer Retail =      38,438 SQFT
In-Station Retail (U/O) =         20,004 SQFT
Out-of-Station Retail (U/O) =  18,434 SQFT
