Can you please let me know how many vehicles have been issued with tickets for using phoenix way as an access to the M4 motorway in the last 5 years

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 8 September 2018 asking for information about Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) for using phoenix way as an access to the M4 motorway.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

However, we do not hold the information you require. We only issue PCNs on the red routes in London, which make up the Transport for London Road Network. As Phoenix Way, SW18 (Hounslow) is not a red route we have not issued any PCNs here.

Therefore Phoenix Way would either be a private road or fall within the London Borough of Hounslow’s enforcement remit.
