Disclosure to assist my quest to obtain the figures regarding how many audits were carried by TfL.

I would appreciate under the Freedom of Information can you confirm how many TfL audits were carried out by your office to RATP Dev London Group, garage at Park Royal from January 2020 until January 2021 and how many checks were made with regards to Vehicle and Driver Log Cards? How many breaches had occurred with regards to missing Vehicle and Driver Log cards during the same period stated above?

Thank you for your request received on 19 October 2021 asking for information about audits carried out on RATP Dev London Group garage at Park Royal.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked:
Can you confirm how many TfL audits were carried out by your office to RATP Dev London Group, garage at Park Royal from January 2020 until January 2021 and how many checks were made with regards to Vehicle and Driver Log Cards? How many breaches had occurred with regards to missing Vehicle and Driver Log cards during the same period stated above?
During the timeframe requested, we have not reviewed driver log cards or vehicle defect cards at RATP Dev’s garage at Park Royal so there have been no observations on the availability and standard of completing these documents. A large part of this period has been impacted by the pandemic when Government guidance was to halt non-essential site activities like supplier visits and reduce the number of people in the workplace that could pass on and spread the virus. In the absence of physical site visits, however, we have worked to obtain general contract compliance assurance, through the remote review of locations such as Park Royal.
