please can I request school party data from the School Party travel scheme, involving Kew Gardens Station?
I request total tickets allocated to and from Kew Gardens station for london underground and National rail journeys for 2018 and 2022.
I request total amount of individuals/adults/children included in those tickets for 2018 and 2022

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27th September 2022 asking for information about school trips that use Kew Gardens station.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Please can I request school party data from the School Party travel scheme, involving Kew Gardens Station?
I request total tickets allocated to and from Kew Gardens station for london underground and National rail journeys for 2018 and 2022.
I request total amount of individuals/adults/children included in those tickets for 2018 and 2022”.
I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.
The requested information - so far as we hold it - can be seen in the attached spreadsheet. Note that the School Party Travel Scheme database only holds data from today’s date to the same date two years previously. Data from before that date is automatically deleted from the database on a daily basis. Note further that the two year period shown in the spreadsheet was interrupted by scheme suspension due to the Covid pandemic.
